What You’ll Do

As a Driver Recruiter, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our dedicated trucking operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations. You’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting phone interviews to assess and qualify potential drivers.
• Pre-qualifying candidates based on company and DOT requirements.
• Actively reaching out to leads using Tenstreet (ATS) and managing inbound recruiting calls.
• Guiding candidates through the hiring process, sending applications and necessary release forms.
• Conducting MVR checks and documenting candidate progress.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly hiring goals while ensuring quality hires.
• Being the main point of contact for drivers, ensuring strong communication and follow-up.
• Being available after hours or on weekends to support drivers when needed.

What You Bring to the Team

We’re looking for a team member who has:

• Required:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in driver recruiting, with knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Preferred:
  • 2+ years of experience in driver recruiting with strong DOT compliance knowledge.
  • Associate’s degree in Sales, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with Tenstreet ATS.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and keep candidates engaged.
• Experience with Tenstreet, HireRight, Clearinghouse, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfort managing multiple candidates in a high-volume setting.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Work collaboratively while taking ownership of your responsibilities.
