McCormick Trucking, located in Murfreesboro, TN, is seeking a Driver Recruiter for a full-time, in-person role. This position focuses on building and maintaining a strong driver pipeline to ensure a steady, capable workforce.

You will lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment with the Planning Team and HR, handling sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding while nurturing candidate relationships for long-term success.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience as a Driver Recruiter (in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter preferred).
• Effective sales skills and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across teams.
• Self-starter mindset with urgency and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Own high-volume, full-cycle driver recruitment by partnering with the Planning Team and HR to attract, hire and retain drivers.
• Develop and execute a driver recruiting strategy.
• Manage sourcing from referrals, databases, social media, and other sources.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and close offers.
• Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, experience and qualifications.
• Onboard new employees to ensure full integration.
• Maintain relationships during selection and first 60 days.
• Stay current on transportation laws, DOT regulations and company hiring criteria.
• Schedule training, drug screens, and other pre-hire requirements.

This full-time, in-person role in Murfreesboro, TN offers an annual salary of $50,000 to $60,000 and a benefits package designed to support you and your family.

Responsibilities

You will own high-volume, full-cycle driver recruitment by partnering with the Planning Team and the Human Resources Team to attract, hire, and retain top drivers.

• Develop and execute an overall driver recruiting strategy
• Manage high volume, full cycle recruiting from candidate engagement through onboarding
• Source candidates using referrals, databases, social media, and other sources
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and close offers
• Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, experience, and qualifications
• Onboard new employees so they become fully integrated
• Serve as a key point of contact and maintain influential candidate relationships during selection and the first 60 days of employment
• Maintain current knowledge of transportation laws, DOT regulations, and company hiring criteria, while supporting and promoting company safety goals
• Schedule training, drug screens, and other pre-hire requirements tied to employee or Driver Qualification needs

Requirements
