Job summary

TA Dedicated is seeking a Driver Recruiter to source, attract, and hire qualified CDL drivers to meet the staffing needs of our growing trucking company. This role develops recruitment strategies, builds relationships with candidates, and ensures a smooth onboarding process.

The ideal candidate will have trucking industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify top talent in a competitive market. Salary range is $55,000-$70,000 annually, plus monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruiting or high-volume customer-facing experience.
• Experience with Tenstreet or similar TMS preferred.
• Experience in Transportation/ trucking industry a plus.
• Proven ability to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and influence candidates.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, phone screenings, and selection of qualified candidates for driver positions, ensuring alignment with company needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through professional communication, prompt follow-ups, and effective resolution of inquiries.
• Escalate any concerns or issues to the appropriate teams as necessary, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Utilize problem-solving skills, tact, and discretion in handling candidate interactions, addressing challenges with professionalism.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all candidate information and sensitive data throughout the recruitment process.
• Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance the overall candidate experience and boost satisfaction levels.
• Performs other duties as assigned
