Driver Recruiter’s primary responsibility will be to build and develop a pipeline of experienced CDL candidates for NFI. Accountable for sourcing and recruiting activities including: establishing and maintaining relationships by working with military contacts, employment offices, truck driving schools, and technical colleges; conducting job fairs and seminars; attending trade shows (truck shows); and developing other viable recruiting sources.
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $46,082.40 - $61,443.20, based on the national average for the position. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
