Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process driver payroll within established deadlines.
• Review driver pay details (trips, mileage, bonuses, reimbursements).
• Use TMW to review trip, load, mileage, dispatch, and pay information.
• Use ADP to review and process payroll information and records.
• Identify and correct payroll discrepancies across ADP and TMW.
• Respond promptly to driver payroll questions and inquiries.
• Process payroll corrections and final pay as needed.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Ensure new driver data is set up correctly in payroll systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, HR, and Accounting to resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and company information.
• Assist with payroll reports, reconciliations, audits, and related projects.
• Provide backup payroll support as needed.
