Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors and vendors per site policies.
• Conduct routine patrols to deter incidents and support a welcoming environment.
• Communicate clearly and follow established procedures during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor/contractor authorization and maintain logs.
• Document daily activities and incidents per reporting requirements.
