Job summary

Magnum Venus Products seeks a Parts Runner to move parts and materials between MVP facilities, ensuring on-time deliveries and accurate records. The role emphasizes safe driving, careful handling, and clear communication with warehouse and production teams.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, with opportunity for growth in our manufacturing logistics network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery-driving role is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move parts and materials up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport parts, tools, documents, and materials between MVP facilities on a scheduled or as-needed basis.
• Load, unload, and secure parts and materials to prevent damage during transport.
• Verify quantities and part numbers against packing slips, pick lists, or transfer documents prior to pickup and delivery.
• Communicate with warehouse, production, and shipping personnel at each location to coordinate pickup and delivery times.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain signatures or confirmations for completed deliveries.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record in compliance with company policy.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks, staging materials, and other warehouse duties between runs as needed.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Report any delays, discrepancies, or damaged goods immediately to the supervisor.
