Job summary

Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc. is seeking dependable Part-Time Drivers to provide safe, timely transportation for individuals in Life Skills Development and other agency programs.

You will be responsible for transporting individuals to designated service locations, assisting with door-to-door transportation when needed, and maintaining safety and professionalism while supporting access to services, employment opportunities, and community activities.

Qualifications

• Must pass a Federal Level II background check.
• Must possess a current Florida Driver’s License with a clean 3-year driving record.
• Must meet all additional driver requirements established by governmental jurisdictions.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport individuals to and from designated service locations and work sites.
• Provide transportation for individuals attending Life Skills programs.
• Assist with door-to-door transportation when required.
• Remain flexible with route deviations and scheduling adjustments.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and supportive transportation experience for all passengers.
• Follow wheelchair lift and vehicle safety procedures.
• Complete daily vehicle logs and required documentation.
