Job summary

Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc. is seeking dependable part-time Drivers in Green Cove Springs, FL to provide safe, timely transportation for Life Skills and other programs. You will assist individuals with mobility, help with door-to-door rides, and promote safety and dignity in every trip.

The role requires excellent communication, reliability, and a compassionate approach to working with people of varying abilities. Flexible hours and route adjustments are expected.

Qualifications

• Must pass a Federal Level II background check.
• Must possess a Florida Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to follow oral/written instructions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport individuals to and from designated service locations and worksites.
• Provide transportation for Life Skills programs and agency activities.
• Assist with door-to-door transportation when required.
• Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness, report issues promptly.
• Communicate professionally with managers, staff, and clients.
