Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in HR, customer service or operations.
• Associate's degree in business or related field.
• Qualified collector or able to become qualified within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a fleet of new hire drivers and mentor them through orientation.
• Deliver engaging driver orientations and provide feedback to leadership.
• Act as cultural ambassador and align support roles with driver needs.
• Coordinate assessments of new drivers’ progress and decide when to upgrade to solo.
• Ensure drivers meet DOT requirements and collect necessary samples.
