Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Non CDL Truck Driver in Marlborough, MA. The role offers weekly pay, competitive benefits, and a driver-focused career path in a safety-driven environment.

You will drive a straight truck with a home-daily route, 50 hours per week, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Start times range 4:00–7:00 AM; candidate must pass background and drug screening and have a valid license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Must have verifiable driving experience with relevant equipment when applicable.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical and a Ryder road test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a vehicle within and compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with loading/unloading if required.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and company policies.
• Detect and minimize safety hazards on the route.
• Support customer service and driving responsibilities as assigned.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Hourly Pay: $28.00 per hour
• Hours Per Week: 50 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday - Friday

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Must have verifiable driving experience (*must be in like equipment if position being applied for is operating a straight truck or box truck):
• 6 Months experience in the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

This position does not require the operation of CDL-regulated equipment. However, candidates who possess a valid Commercial Drivers License will be subject to FMCSA requirements, including but not limited to, pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse query.

• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards.
• Maintaining accurate records Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer.
• Other tasks as assigned
