Position Summary: Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

People or Process Management Responsibility:

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1. Assists driver in delivery of products to customers
2. Unloads product
3. Merchandises customer accounts
4. Maintains customer relationships, merchandise, display, and rotates products according to company standards
5. Pick up company property
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
7. Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

1. High school diploma or GED
2. Must be at least 18 years old or meet minimum legal age requirements
3. Six months of relevant work experience (e.g., warehouse, construction, grocery, healthcare, or similar roles involving heavy lifting)
4. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance meeting legal and company standards
5. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
6. Pass a post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience:

1. Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, or grocery delivery
2. Customer service experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to work in varying temperatures, high noise levels, and around moving equipment
