Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

People or Process Management Responsibility

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting driver in delivery of products to customers
• Unloading product
• Merchandising customer accounts
• Maintaining customer relationships, merchandising, displaying, and rotating products according to company standards
• Picking up company property
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet minimum legal age requirements
• Six (6) months of relevant work experience in environments involving heavy lifting and physical work
• Reliable transportation, valid driver license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs regularly
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, grocery store stocking, or local delivery
• Customer service experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to handle exposure to temperature changes, high noise levels, and work safely around moving equipment
