Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

People or Process Management Responsibility

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1. Assists driver in delivery of products to customers
2. Unloads product
3. Merchandises customer accounts
4. Maintains customer relationships, merchandise, display and rotate products according to company standards
5. Pick up company property
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
7. Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet minimum legal age requirements
• Six (6) months of relevant work experience (e.g., distribution warehouse, grocery dock, construction, etc.)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage as per law and company standards
• Ability to lift products weighing 25 to 50 lbs regularly
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, stocking, and local delivery
• Customer service experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to work around temperature changes, high noise levels, and moving equipment
