Responsibilities

1. Assist drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.
2. Support the driver in delivering products to customers.
3. Unload products and maintain customer relationships.
4. Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
5. Pick up company property and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
6. Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age or meet minimum legal age requirements.
• Six (6) months of relevant work experience (e.g., warehouse, construction, healthcare, etc.).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Pass a post-offer drug test and background check.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with handheld devices, merchandising, or delivery.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Ability to work in various temperature conditions, noisy environments, and around moving equipment. Overtime and punctuality are essential. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for disabilities. Adherence to delivery schedules and DOT hours is required.
