Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

People or Process Management Responsibility

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting driver in delivery of products to customers
• Unloading products
• Merchandises customer accounts
• Maintaining customer relationships, merchandising, displaying, and rotating products according to company standards
• Picking up company property
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Performing other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet minimum legal age requirements
• Six (6) months of relevant work experience (e.g., warehouse, construction, farmhand, grocery dock, hospital, or similar roles involving heavy lifting and multi-temperature environments)
• Reliable automobile, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage
• Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs. regularly
• Must pass post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, grocery store stocking, or delivery
• Prior customer service experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to handle exposure to temperature changes, high noise levels, and work around moving equipment
