Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

People or Process Management Responsibility

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assists driver in delivery of products to customers
• Unloads product
• Merchandises customer accounts
• Maintains customer relationships
• Merchandise, display and rotate products according to company standards
• Pick up company property
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet minimum legal age requirements
• Six (6) months of relevant work experience
• Reliable automobile, valid driver license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs.
• Pass a post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, grocery store experience, or local delivery
• Prior customer service experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to handle temperature changes, high noise levels, and work safely around moving equipment
