Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

People or Process Management Responsibility

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting driver in delivery of products to customers
• Unloading products
• Merchandising customer accounts
• Maintaining customer relationships, merchandising, displaying, and rotating products according to company standards
• Picking up company property
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Performing other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age or meeting minimum state legal age requirements
• Six (6) months of relevant work experience (e.g., warehouse, construction, grocery, hospital, or similar roles involving heavy lifting and temperature variations)
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance as per company and state requirements
• Ability to lift products weighing 25 to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to pass post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, grocery store operations, stocking, and local delivery
• Previous customer service experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to handle exposure to temperature changes, high noise levels, and work safely around moving equipment
