Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting drivers in delivering products to customers
• Unloading products
• Merchandising customer accounts, including stocking, displaying, and rotating products according to company standards
• Maintaining customer relationships
• Picking up company property
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old or meeting state legal age requirements
• Six months of relevant work experience (e.g., warehouse, grocery, construction, healthcare, etc.) involving heavy lifting and handling multi-temperature products
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
• Pass a drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, or delivery
• Customer service experience

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to work around temperature changes, noise, and moving equipment
