Role Summary: Our client seeks a Driver - Material Handler to join their team. The main responsibilities include picking up and delivering products and materials using company vehicles, as well as warehouse duties such as receiving, storage, packaging, shipping, and distribution of materials within the warehouse. The Driver - Material Handler reports to the Warehouse Supervisor or Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pick up and deliver products using company vehicles within the local area.
2. Pick correct quantities and products from inventory based on tickets.
3. Build cartons and pack products securely for outbound shipments.
4. Complete deliveries and verify receipt of materials.
5. Verify received products against packing lists and record quantities.
6. Stock and store products in designated locations, recording new locations as needed.
7. Perform inventory control audits for accuracy.
8. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and ladders, and conduct daily inspections.
9. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment.
10. Transport products to local customers using company trucks and trailers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, perform basic math, and work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds occasionally.
• Knowledge of warehousing practices and forklift operation (certification preferred).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills preferred for receiving and shipping tasks.
• For driving responsibilities: clean driving record and at least 3 years of driving experience.
