Schneider National, Inc. in Uxbridge is seeking a Driver Manager to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management. The role acts as a link between the business, drivers, and customers during a Sunday-Thursday night shift.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or 2 years' experience, plus strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities include payroll, home time, and cross-team collaboration to drive retention and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
