Schneider National, Inc. in Lancaster, TX, is seeking a Driver Manager to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management. The role acts as a link between the business, our drivers and customers.

Responsibilities include safety-driven decision making, balancing customer and driver needs, coaching drivers, managing payroll and home time, and collaborating with teams to improve retention and drive business results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with a variety of teams, both internally and externally.

Responsabilidades

• Make safety-conscious decisions that ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Balance the needs of our customers, drivers and the business.
• Provide continuous, structured and proactive performance management and coaching to drivers.
• Manage driver payroll and home time.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify and implement creative solutions to improve retention and drive business.
