Job summary

This role links business, drivers and customers from the Wilmer location, with 1st shift operations on weekdays and weekend coverage as noted. You will lead safety-focused decisions, balance customer and driver needs, coach drivers, and coordinate payroll/home time while collaborating with multiple teams to improve retention and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced problem solving and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Make safety-conscious decisions that ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Balance the needs of our customers, drivers and the business.
• Provide continuous, structured and proactive performance management and coaching to drivers.
• Manage driver payroll and home time.
