Job summary

PS Logistics is hiring a Driver Manager for its DMT Trucking operations in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will manage driver personnel, communicate ETAs, and ensure compliance with trucking regulations while providing ongoing support to drivers.

This position requires a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain, or relevant experience in dispatch or fleet management. Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health coverage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field or 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or fleet management.
• Proficient experience with truck dispatch software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activity of driver personnel.
• Communicate ETAs with load planners.
• Ensure that drivers are safe, productive, and deliver on-time to customers.
