Ryder System, Inc. in Zeeland, MI is seeking a Driver Manager to lead salaried and hourly teams in our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role offers an annual salary of $80,000–$85,000 with 10% bonus eligibility and a Monday–Friday schedule (6:00am–3:00pm).

The Driver Manager will manage team performance, coordinate with senior management and customers, oversee payroll, and analyze P&L to drive profitability. Responsibilities include AP, vendor quotes, invoicing, and safety training.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Three (3) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required.
• Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports required.
• Excellent knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations. advanced required.
• Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements. advanced required.

Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month

Annual Salary Pay: $80,000-$85,000 Bonus Eligibility: 10% annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm

Essential Functions
