Job summary

The Residence at Bethel Park is seeking a dedicated Driver to transport residents to activities and events, maintain the company vehicle, and assist with light maintenance and resident activities. This full-time role emphasizes safety, reliability, and compassionate care within a family-like community.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check upon hire and as requested.
• CDL license if required.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
• Ability to follow directions and work with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Chauffeur residents in the company vehicle as scheduled.
• Ensure resident safety when entering/exiting the vehicle.
• Follow safety rules while the vehicle is in motion.
• Maintain the vehicle and keep it clean; report issues to supervisor.
• Assist Life Enrichment and other departments with activities as needed.
