You will handle fixture installation, general repairs, and maintain meticulous work orders, certifications, and scheduling to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in maintenance, minor repairs, painting, and grounds upkeep.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment reconditioning tasks, including fixture installation and general repairs.
• Maintain all areas of the community to the highest standard with proper record-keeping for work orders, certifications, and scheduling.
• Assist in safety preparedness of associates and residents, participate in Safety Committee Meetings, fire drills, and other emergency exercises.
