Job summary

Orchard Pointe at Surprise is seeking a Driver/Maintenance Assistant to support our senior living community. You will safely transport residents using company vehicles, coordinate pickups, and keep accurate vehicle records while contributing to a clean, safe campus.

You will perform maintenance and repairs around buildings and grounds, assist with apartment reconditioning and fixture installation, and participate in safety drills and emergency exercises to help keep residents and staff secure.

What Youll Do:

Safely transporting residents to various locations via company car, van, or bus, coordinating pick-ups and drop-offs with them, and maintaining accurate vehicle records. Completing scheduled maintenance and repairs for buildings and grounds, such as painting, carpet cleaning, and snow/debris removal from walkways.Performing apartment reconditioning tasks, including fixture installation and general repairs. Maintaining all areas of the community to the highest standard, ensuring proper record-keeping for work orders, certifications, and scheduling.Assisting in safety preparedness of associates and residents, participating in Safety Committee Meetings, fire drills, and other emergency exercises.
