Job summary

Heritage Communities at Fountain Point is seeking a Driver/Maintenance Assistant to help keep our senior living community safe and welcoming. You will transport residents in a company car, coordinate pickups, and maintain vehicle records.

You’ll perform maintenance and repairs on buildings and grounds, handle apartment reconditioning, manage work orders, and participate in safety drills. This role offers teamwork, growth opportunities, and the chance to make a real difference in residents’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting residents to various locations via company car, van, or bus, coordinating pick-ups and drop-offs with them, and maintaining accurate vehicle records.
• Completing scheduled maintenance and repairs for buildings and grounds, such as painting, carpet cleaning, and snow/debris removal from walkways.
• Performing apartment reconditioning tasks, including fixture installation and general repairs.
• Maintaining all areas of the community to the highest standard, ensuring proper record-keeping for work orders, certifications, and scheduling.
• Assisting in safety preparedness of associates and residents, participating in Safety Committee Meetings, fire drills, and other emergency exercises.
