Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a Driver/Loader at Anchorage Airport to support catering and loading of meals and supplies for flights. The role requires a valid Class C driver’s license, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Full-time permanent position with day, night, weekend and holiday shifts. You will operate a lift truck, load aircraft carts, and maintain high service standards with airline crew and customers.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License (Class C) required.
• Ability to speak, read and understand English.
• Compliance with all work rules and regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Able to operate 20' and 16' high lift trucks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and during non‑standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Cater aircraft and transport meals, beverages and equipment to flights.
• Communicate with flight attendants and airline staff to ensure service quality.
• Load final products onto delivery carts and trucks per safety rules.
• Drive the truck and assist with aircraft loading in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain professional appearance and teamwork with LSG Sky Chefs crew.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for catering aircraft and transporting meals/beverage/equipment to assign flights. They are in charge of providing excellent customer airline service. Must have the ability to follow direction, meet tight deadlines, and interact/communicate with vendor airline crew as necessary.

Job Responsibilities

• To work as a member of the LSG Sky Chefs team and ensure the highest quality products are delivered to our airline customers
• Maintain effective communication between management and the airline customer
• Interface with flight attendants while displaying outstanding customer service skill
• Interact with other Customer Service team members to solve problems and resolve issues
• Check catering equipment and food items for delivering of final product to airlines
• Load finalized airline carts by flight onto delivery truck for catering
• Drive truck and load aircraft in compliance with Company, Airport and airline safety regulations
• Maintain professional appearance
• Other related duties as required or assigned
