Job summary

TEKsystems seeks Driver License Credentialing Specialists for the Kentucky Division of Driver Licensing in Frankfort, KY. The role involves learning new digitized license issuance requirements, reviewing secure applicant documents, and guiding customers through licensing processes.

You will work onsite, with occasional travel to various locations, including evenings and Saturdays as needed. A valid driver's license and a clean record are required.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a good driving record and a valid driver license.
• Bachelor's degree or associate degree; or related administrative, business, research or clerical experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• This is a contract position based out of Frankfort, KY with some local travel and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze secure documents of driver license applicants.
• Explain licensing processes and provide guidance to applicants.
• Process complex applications by screening original documents and entering data accurately.
• Coordinate with local offices and support teams; travel as needed.
• Overtime including evenings and Saturdays may be required.
