Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Contract Driver License Credentialing Specialist based in Henderson, KY to support the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. You will review driver license documents, determine eligibility, and process complex applications while traveling to issuing locations as needed.

Applicant must pass fingerprint background checks, maintain a professional demeanor with the public, and meet education requirements; occasional evenings and Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to process complex non-US citizen applications.
• Pass federal fingerprint background checks and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze secure documents of driver license applicants.
• Travel to various locations to issue licenses.
• Explain driver licensing requirements and policies to applicants.
• Maintain and enter data accurately in the KDLIS/IDEMIA system.
• Overtime and some Saturdays may be required.
