Job summary

Colorado Department of Revenue seeks a Driver License Office Manager to supervise daily DLO operations, oversee performance planning, and ensure compliant reporting. The role requires handling customer issues, managing schedules, and coordinating office resources across locations.

Applicants should have five years in a public-facing supervisory role or a management education/experience mix. DL certification training and evaluations are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant experience in a public-facing customer service supervisory or managerial role including staff supervision and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Driver License Office with compliance and reporting to leadership.
• Develop and document performance plans and evaluations (annual, quarterly, mid-year, final).
• Adjust resources and personnel for maximum effectiveness.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and complex applications.
• Act as floor lead, manage workflow and staff schedules.
• Perform accounting duties such as daily deposits and cash reconciliation.
• Carry out all line staff duties when needed, including issuing documents.
• Travel between Driver License Offices may be required.
