Qualifications

• Customer service skills both in person and over the phone.

• Valid Utah Driver License and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review client information and read records for eligibility.
• Administer written and driving tests and document results.
• Communicate findings and make recommendations.
• Issue licenses, permits, registrations, certificates, etc.
• Explain State Code, Policy and Procedure to applicants.
• Determine eligibility for license reinstatement.
• Assess need for medical information before issuing licenses.
• Interact with the public in a respectful manner.
