Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Driver Leadman - Irrigation Install to join our installation team in Panama City, FL. This development role supports the foreman and carries temporary supervisory duties during the foreman7s absence while progressing toward a Landscape Construction Foreman position.

You will work alongside the landscape construction crew on irrigation install, sod, hardscape, and plantings, lead the crew as needed, and ensure job safety and quality in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience with landscape construction projects.
• Knowledge of landscape plants, grading, sod installation, drainage work, and irrigation.
• Supervisory experience.
• Valid driver7s license.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planting trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds.
• Laying sod.
• Installing pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projects.
• Installing mulch.
• Irrigation/sprinkler installation.
• Digging trenches and holes.
• Prepping soil areas for plantings.
• Hand-watering.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Leading and directing the crew as needed.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape installation/construction duties.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
