Job summary

GroundSystems is hiring Crew Members to deliver top-notch landscaping services in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will mow, prune, plant, operate equipment, and assist with winter snow/ice management.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license (CDL not required), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working outdoors in all weather. We offer benefits, on-the-job training, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required)
• At least 20 years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Basic English communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Landscaping experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, planting, and general groundskeeping
• Pruning trees and shrubs
• Maintaining perennial beds
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
• Driving trucks and trailers (valid license required)
• Supporting snow and ice management during winter months
