Job summary

Juniper Landscaping in Englewood, FL is seeking a Driver for our Landscape Maintenance teams. This dual driver/crew member will operate a Juniper truck & trailer and support the maintenance crew at each job site, focusing on safety and high-quality landscapes.

Applicants should have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, experience driving trucks with trailers, and the ability to work outdoors for long periods in heat and sun. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
Experience safely driving a truck & trailer.
Landscaping experience preferred.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Must be able to work long periods outdoors in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
Performing daily vehicle inspections.
Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks (mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, mulch).
Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform landscape duties.
Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
