Job summary

Northwest Counseling and Guidance Clinic seeks a Transportation Specialist to provide client transport and coordinate with treatment teams. You will ensure safe vehicle operation and complete required documentation for each trip.

The role requires a clean driving record, a valid license, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings. A commitment to safety and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Able to pass driving history standards for insurance and regulatory agencies.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine drug screen and follow-up random tests.
• Must pass a Federal Background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services as necessary and appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with clientele, staff, supervisors and coworkers.
• Complete vehicle maintenance as directed by Transportation supervisor.
• Complete documentation related to transportation services and clientele issues.
• Coordinate with treatment team to determine appropriate level of service.
• Obey state traffic laws and NWCGC policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide transportation services as is necessary and appropriate for the clientele. Special accommodations may be requested by 3rd party payers, facility staff, or caregivers.
• Communicate effectively and appropriately with clientele, facility staff, supervisors and co-workers. This includes both verbally and in writing if necessary.
• Complete vehicle maintenance as directed by Transportation supervisor.
• Complete documentation related to transportation services and/or clientele issues that may occur during a scheduled trip, which are in accordance with certification, funding source, contracting agencies, and program standards.
• Coordinate with treatment team members to develop the appropriate level of service to the clientele.
• Obey all state traffic laws and regulations as well as NWCGC related policies and procedures.
