Job summary

You will load/unload with proper equipment, ensure secure cargo, and maintain accurate delivery documentation while delivering excellent service to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months related experience; 3+ years driving may substitute for education.
• Valid state issued Class C Driver's License with clean record.
• Forklift Driver Certification required.
• DOT Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Materials Certification required.
• Bondable per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Safely operate and protect company equipment and freight.
• Ensure cargo is secured and delivery documents are accurate.
• Load/unload freight using forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Report any delays, damages, or irregularities promptly.
• Comply with TSA security requirements.
