Job summary

RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, partners with a growing employee-owned organization to hire a Driver. You will safely deliver materials to job sites and vendors, load and secure items, and keep vehicles clean.

This role requires reliable transportation experience, ability to lift, operate a pallet jack or forklift, and strong safety awareness. You will join a team that values safety, efficiency, and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must safely operate a company vehicle and adhere to safety rules.
• Experience loading/unloading and securing materials for transport.
• Ability to lift/move products with pallet jack or forklift.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and paper work.

Responsibilities

Job description

RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a growing, employee-owned organization to assist in hiring a Driver in undefined, undefined. This Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently dropping off/picking up materials from various vendors and construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Drives delivery trucks to job sites and company destinations. Properly secures and straps down materials safe delivery.
• Loads, unloads, moves, stacks, stages, transports tools, supplies and equipment by hand or using dolly and/or forklift.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and reports any mechanical issues or accidents promptly.
• Maintains work area in clean and organized fashion.
• Plans efficient routes and ensures proper and safe stocking of vehicle.
• Maintains accurate delivery documentation and ensures all paperwork is completed properly.
• Performs daily pre-trip inspection of vehicle. Maintains vehicle and equipment maintenance history.
• May provide guidance to junior staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move products using a pallet jack and/or forklift
• Working knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical projects and related tools and equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Good customer-service skills
• Strong attention to and respect for safety rules and regulations
• Ability to work efficiently in the warehouse and at the construction site
