Job summary

Aviagen is seeking experienced drivers to operate commercial motor vehicles, ensuring safe driving practices and compliance with DOT safety rules and company policies. Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, loading/unloading, team driving, securing loads, and meticulous trip documentation.

Candidate must be 21+, have a valid Class A CDL with at least 1 year of verifiable driving, and be able to work nights, weekends, and long shifts while maintaining a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• CDL A license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to read and write legibly.
• Ability to work unsupervised and stay motivated.
• Experience with team driving and securing loads.
• Familiarity with maintaining trip documentation.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations.
• Perform and document pre-trip inspections (tires, oil, fuel, lights, brakes, hoses).
• Assist with loading and unloading trailer as necessary.
• Team driving and maintaining secure loads before movement.
• Maintain proper documentation (equipment, time, trips, weight).
• Report truck and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.

Job Description Summary:Aviagen is currently looking for highly experienced Drivers.
