Job summary

Goodwill Central Coast is seeking a safety-focused Driver to perform donation pickups, deliveries, and transportation routes across the Central Coast. This full-time role offers independent work while supporting a mission to turn donated goods into opportunities for others. Required are a valid CA Class C license, a good driving record, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Valid California Class C driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of truck driving experience or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to communicate in basic oral and written English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled donation pickups, store deliveries, and transportation routes safely and on time.
• Load, unload, secure, and transport donated goods using proper material handling techniques.
• Complete vehicle inspection reports, trip sheets, manifests, pickup logs, and related paperwork.
• Operate company vehicles in accordance with company policies and highway regulations.
