This is an opportunity to work independently, serve the community, and help support Goodwill's mission by turning donated goods into opportunities for others.What You'll BringValid California Class C driver's license and good driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredOne year of truck driving experience or equivalent experience preferredAbility to communicate in basic oral and written English; bilingual English/Spanish preferredAbility to safely lift, load, unload, and transport donated materialsAbility to read maps, follow routes, and complete required paperworkWhat You'll DoComplete scheduled donation pickups, store deliveries, and transportation routes safely and on timeLoad, unload, secure, and transport donated goods using proper material handling techniquesComplete vehicle inspection reports, trip sheets, manifests, pickup logs, and related paperworkConduct daily vehicle safety checks and report maintenance or safety concerns promptlyOperate company vehicles in accordance with company policies and highway regulationsCommunicate professionally with donors, store personnel, and donation attendantsAssist with truck cleaning and general transportation department operationsProvide guidance and work direction to driver trainees when assignedReady to Work for Good?If you're ready to use your talents, grow your career, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.Bring your talent.
