Job summary

Maersk Ground Freight (MGF) is hiring a Driver Helper for our Ladson, SC location. You will assist the driver with loading/unloading, route navigation, and delivering freight to various destinations. The role offers a full benefits package, PTO, bi-weekly pay, and opportunities for career advancement.

The position requires physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, good map-reading skills, and strong customer service. Schedule is M-F 8am-5pm; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs unassisted.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Load the daily route onto the truck.
• Scan the daily route.
• Assist driver with navigating to deliveries.
• Carry freight to business or residence destinations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
