Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Driver’s helper to support the driver with daily loading/unloading, route scanning, and assisting with deliveries across multiple destinations. The role requires physical ability to lift heavy loads and navigate to sites, with emphasis on safety and reliable teamwork.

The position involves assisting the driver, carrying freight, and performing additional duties as needed to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to read a map and general geographic knowledge of the area.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. unassisted.
• Must possess good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately load daily route on to the truck.
• Scan daily route onto the truck.
• Assist driver with navigating to deliveries.
• Assist driver with carrying freight into a business or residence destination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
