Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Driver's Helper to support drivers across daily logistics operations in Kansas City, MO. You will assist with loading and unloading cargo, scanning routes, and helping navigate deliveries, while providing strong customer service on site.

The role requires ability to lift up to 75 lbs, forklift experience is a plus, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k + Company Match, PTO, and flexible schedules where possible.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to read a map and general geographic knowledge of the area.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. unassisted.
• Must possess good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Load daily route onto the truck.
• Scan daily route onto the truck.
• Assist driver with navigating to deliveries.
• Assist driver with carrying freight into a business or residence destination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
