Qualifications

• Maps and basic geographic knowledge for routing deliveries.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and routes.
• Good customer service skills and ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must read/write English and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Accurately load the daily route onto the truck (loading/unloading).
• Scan daily route onto the truck and assist with navigation to deliveries.
• Help drivers with carrying freight to destinations; operate pallet jacks or forklifts as needed.
• Identify and report discrepancies in shipments (OS&D) and follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain safe, tidy work environment and comply with TSA/OSHA rules.
• Work in a fast-paced setting and balance workload during peak periods.
