Job summary

Sysco Pennsylvani​a (The Sygma Network, Inc.) is seeking a Driver Helper for the Harrisburg area. You will support the delivery driver by unloading, checking product quality, and assisting with deliveries to customer locations.

Responsibilities include reporting shorts, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring safe operation of equipment with a pre-trip inspection. This role requires physical mobility in a cold warehouse environment and frequent lifting.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate articulately and perform simple arithmetic.
• Know the product delivery schedule.
• Be able to verify product quality and rotation.

Responsibilities

• Unload and check quality products at a customer location, rotate and check quality of produce.
• Drive to different locations to assist the driver with deliveries.
• Call in when a customer does not receive their entire order (shorts).
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Handle company equipment properly, follow written driver safety rules and perform a pre-trip inspection.
