Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Driver Helper in Texas to assist drivers on routes with multiple stops, placing products at customer locations and ensuring accuracy and safety in every delivery. This role supports the distribution of food and beverages across the region.

You will work in a team environment, adhere to safety standards, and report any delays or incidents promptly. The position emphasizes professionalism, reliable attendance, and positive customer interactions.

• Deliver products on Hot Shot trucks.
• Report delays, accidents or other transportation issues to bases.

Driver Helper responsibilities:

• Assist the Driver with routes delivering products consisting of multiple stops.
• Place delivered products in various assigned storage locations at each stop according to customer's request.
• Maintain accuracy of delivered product with no damage due to mishandling.
• Perform duties by following the Company's safety standards.
• Represent Ben E. Keith Company with professionalism, maintaining a positive attitude and dress code.
• Deliver products on Hot Shot trucks
• Report delays, accidents or other traffic and transportation situations to bases.

Job Qualifications:

• Able to perform repetitive lifting of over 50 lbs. and occasional lifting of over 100 lbs.
• High School Education/GED required

Driver safety is important to Ben E. Keith. We use dash cameras which leverage artificial intelligence to recognize safe driving, capture safety events and improve driver safety performance. The videos are also used to exonerate drivers in accidents. All drivers sign a driver consent form upon hire to confirm their understanding.
