Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Driver to join our Concord, MA team. You will safely transport clients to and from designated locations, supervise during transport, and complete required documentation in a timely manner.

The role requires a clean driving record and strong communication skills in a compassionate environment. This full-time position offers multiple shift options and the chance to make a meaningful impact in recovery.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professional driving or human services experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from designated regional locations.
• Supervise clients during transportation to ensure safety and compliance.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations if needed.
• Work independently while collaborating with the treatment team.
• Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Driver

Location: Concord, MA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Saturday–Wednesday: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM

Compensation: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience
