Driver – Evening

Concord, MA

Pay Rate: $19–$21 per hour

We are a national leader in behavioral healthcare, and we are proud to announce the opening of our new residential treatment facility in Concord, MA. This center will provide high‑quality care for adults with substance use and co‑occurring mental health disorders.

We are currently seeking Full‑Time Drivers to support daily operations and ensure reliable, compassionate transportation for our clients. Our Drivers often serve as the first point of face‑to‑face contact for individuals entering treatment, making this a meaningful and rewarding role.

Position Details

Schedule: Full‑time with evening availability required, including some weekends

Starting Pay: $19–$21 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from designated regional locations
• Supervise clients during transportation to ensure safety
• Maintain required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond to emergency situations as needed
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Lift up to 50 lbs. if needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Prior driving or human services experience preferred, but not required
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm in crisis situations
• Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
